No app download required! Contractor Link works entirely through your web browser and is fully mobile-responsive. You can access your dashboard from any device - computer, tablet, or smartphone - without installing anything.

How do customers find me?

Customers access your service request form through your unique business link (like contractorlink.pro/yourbusiness). You can:

  • Share this link on your business cards
  • Add it to your website

Customers don't need to create accounts - they just click your link and fill out the form!

You can copy pre-filled text messages from your Contractor Link dashboard and add them as custom shortcuts on your phone for quick access. This way, when a customer calls, you can easily send one back via text without typing it all out. Here's how to set it up on iPhone or Android:

On iPhones, you can set up three custom "Respond with Text" replies that appear when you decline a call with a text. Here's how to set or change one:

  1. Copy your pre-filled message from your Contractor Link dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Phone.
  4. Choose Respond with Text.
  5. You'll see three editable response options.
  6. Tap the one you want to change, delete the old text, and type or paste your custom reply (e.g., copy from your Contractor Link dashboard).
  7. Tap Save.

To use: When a customer calls, decline the call and swipe up to select your custom reply to send instantly.
