Contractors may receive a limited number of free leads. Continued use may require a paid subscription (e.g., $50/month). Payments are handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Lead Management and Communication

Contractor Link is not responsible for the outcome of any customer-contractor interaction. You are solely responsible for managing leads, setting expectations, and fulfilling job requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (excluding user submissions) is owned by Contractor Link or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding the quality, availability, or outcomes of the Service or any leads generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Contractor Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business.

You agree to indemnify and hold Contractor Link harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
