Zerorez Carpet Cleaning

Do not recommend! They make promises that they cannot keep. I chose this company for the sole fact that they had a satisfaction guarantee. I paid for the couch to be cleaned and added an additional deodorizing/sanitizing treatment. The couch smelled fine prior to the cleaning, but I wanted it sanitized (why does the cleaning itself not sanitize???). This was a $430 service. Afterwards the couch looked exactly the same and smelled horrific. I contacted them to come back out under there satisfaction guarantee. There were delays in getting them out for the reservice, which led to them rescheduling twice. We were not able to use the couch during this time and were living with the foul odor. On the reservice, there was a marked improvement, however, the technician missed most of the edges and areas that had piping or nailhead trim. There is a marked contrast that can be seen on the cleaned and uncleaned areas. The smell improved, but it still smells like a recently cleaned couch... Like chemical fragrance attempting to mask mustiness. I contacted them about the missed areas and now I am being told that it's my fault for not mentioning the stains (Excuse me? That was the whole point of having it cleaned!) and, regardless, they do not guarantee removal. Actually... You guarantee satisfaction. The cleaning was $350. Everything is an upcharge. Sanitizing and deodorizing, $85. Stain removal, $140. Degreaser, $90. It's highway robbery and their guarantee means absolutely nothing.

Don't waste your money. They will give you a quote and then charge you another$50-100. The carpet just looks wet, not clean. It's basically just like renting a rug cleaner at the supermarket. So save yourself a few hundred dollars and rent a cleaner.

Great company with great people. Very helpful when I called with questions and to schedule the appointment. Tom explained everything to me when he arrived at the house. Went over the exactly what they were going to do as well as the charges so there were no surprises once the work was completed. They did a great job, carpets look great and are drying quickly! I would highly recommend!
