Z Plumberz

I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible job Zack Michelle with ZPlumberz did fixing my Navien on-demand hot water system! From start to finish, Zack was not only professional, but also genuinely enthusiastic and passionate about his craft. The repair went exactly as he predicted — he identified and replaced the faulty part right in front of me, and like magic, I had hot water again! What stood out most was Zack’s willingness to explain everything in detail. He walked me through how the system works and even offered insightful tips about filtering water going into the unit and helping maintain cleaner tap water. He patiently answered all of my (many!) technical questions with knowledge and kindness. Zack is truly a rare find — a curious, considerate, and deeply knowledgeable heating and plumbing expert who takes real pride in his work. I would not hesitate to call on him again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone needing top-tier plumbing support. He’s a total pro and a joy to work with!
