Technician Phineas arrived and within one hour was able to restore heat to our home — a huge relief for me and especially for my 93-year-old mother. Technicians Phineas and Byron are friendly, professional, responsive and clearly very knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the situation and explained the issues and solutions in a way I could easily understand. Their calm, confident approach made an incredibly stressful situation much easier. The office manager, Andrew, could not have been more pleasant or communicative. Excellent customer service, all around. We were so pleased with our experience with Yoder’s Central Air, from the responsiveness to the quality of the repair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing a heating or air conditioning emergency.
