Wright-Jones Plumbing & Heating

I use a home warranty service for my house and I had a clogged drain. So I call my home warranty and unfortunately I got Wright Jones as my service team. I will say this. The service guy was a good man when it came to fixing my clogged drain. He came, fixed it, and left. The problem started with the billing. Apparently he installed a clean out to my clogged drain without consulting me and it is not covered by my home warranty company. Several weeks later I get an email stating I owe over $200 for a job with which I thought was covered. So, I call the Wright Jones office to see what it was about, and the woman who answered was clueless about why I owed the money, she just knew that I owed the money. (Customer service out the window) She never told me her name either. She kept saying “I don’t have any notes” or “it’s not in my notes.” Then she kept telling me to call my warranty company, but I already had, and I was up to date on all of my billing. Then she threatened to send my invoice to collections! So, I begrudgingly paid the invoice. None of my questions answered, just more money out of my pocket. Good luck to the next person that has to deal with Wright Jones.

Jessica did her work well, the next guy came to take out the water softener but didn’t tell us his name. He did a good job as well. My only complaint is that she didn’t tell us when the water was turned back on and didn’t tell us when they left and that the job was finished. We are grateful for the work they did. I just want to thank Travis at Wright Jones. We had our water heater start leaking and not heating our water and he was so prompt to fix it and check all areas where it could have leaked and sure enough he found a spot in our crawl space below where the water was dripping due to a improper drain hose and pipe and was able to get it all fixed and nothing was damaged in our crawl space. Huge thanks to Travis as well when he helped us contact Moen and get a new shower head and handle replacement since that was a big part of our issue too! Thank you Travis
