I have a rental property in Colorado Springs and my tenant called on Tuesday night to tell me the furnace was not blowing hot air. I live in Georgia, so I googled HVAC and found Winterrowd Heating & AC Inc. I was very impressed by the reviews they had online and called them that evening. I spoke to Rodd, very friendly and customer service-focused. He was ready to go check out the system that evening, however, I asked if he could check it on Wednesday. They went over and gave me two options, I could repair it or replace it. I decided to replace it since the unit was 27 years old. On Thursday, they had a new furnace installed in my rental home. Prices are very reasonable - I did not feel at all like they were trying to take advantage of me, especially since i live in another state. Dylan was excellent and kept me in the loop on the entire process. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. Plus, I love supporting small businesses! I also received a 10-year warranty on parts and set up yearly HVAC service with them. Thanks so much to Rodd & Dylan! You guys are the best.

Rodd and his crew were awesome. They did a repair on the furnace at one of my rental properties. They worked with my tenants and their schedule and made it nearly a hands-off experience for me which is great being so far away. More than fair pricing with service above my expectations. Great company! Couple of years ago we purchased the house we currently live in. We wanted to add air conditioning to our new(ish) house, as we have never had A/C before. Our realtor recommended Winterrowd Heating & AC. Friendly staff, punctual for appointments, and great pricing (that we found around). I hate to say this about them, but they answer the phone day and night, and you speak to an actual person. I don't know when they sleep. Recently they serviced my furnace before winter for some cheap deal. They don't over charge or create reasons to replace or upgrade. I recommend them to my family and friends anytime they have HVAC needs. I have been a customer with them for about 5 years now and never have had a single issue.
