Windura, Protect Your Home with Premium Windows & Doors

We are very happy with Windura and our new Marvin windows! We replaced all of the windows in our home recently. We selected Windura based on a friend’s recommendation and after talking to half a dozen companies, including RBA. From Drew, our salesman, through to Ian’s installation team (Chris, Joe, Derek, Zion), it was a seamless experience. Drew was patient and educational. The install team was neat and professional. The communications with Windura during and after the install were excellent. The Vivid windows look even better than we were hoping for! We highly recommend Windura.

Short version: this company is excellent. Old-fashioned in a way I thought I’d never experience again: their business motto seems to be “do good honest work and there’s no need to advertise.” I’ll never use anybody else for doors and windows. Meticulous work that adds hugely to home value. Great staff, great management. Long version: this isn’t the first time I’ve written a five star review for Windura. In 2020-22, the company replaced almost all of my home’s old and drafty Pella crank-style windows, as well as a sliding patio door. They completely re-engineered the big windows across the north side of my house, replacing the curve-top foggy Pellas with clear and insulated tall, rectangular windows. Huge improvement—both in looks and in energy savings. Brett Baughman was the foreman on that project, and he was so wonderful that I’ve asked for him specifically ever since. In the past year, they’ve replaced my old out-of-date Victorian-looking front door with a sleek, black, 8 foot steel front door with side transom windows. It’s beautiful—and I think I’ll see every dollar back if/when I sell the house. The care they took in installing that door was jaw dropping—three men (Brett, Dean and Seth) took more than a day to get it just right, even taking care to install the framing around it in such a way as to match the framing of the front windows (thanks to DEAN in particular on this!). When I decided I needed a peep hole in the door, MONTHS later, they cheerfully returned to make that happen—no complaints and no extra charges. The owner, Daniel Lee, is a truly impressive fellow. Courteous and professional—and just as friendly and kind as his crew. He’s come out twice himself to make sure things were just right—took apart a sliding patio door to correct a hitch in the locking mechanism, and again came out to put in door stops all the way down the side of the 8 foot steel front door. Again—no eye rolls, no complaints, no charge. If you need windows or doors, you won’t do better than Windura. Don’t even bother shopping around. These are the guys you want.

From sales to install, I had a good experience with Winder. Matt was very patient with me as I worked through my decisions on my windows. On the install, Ian led the crew and when unexpected issues came up, everyone worked together to come up with solutions. Dustin was also awesome and constantly followed up and answered my questions. The crew was tidy and showed up on time every day. I will be referring them to clients and friends, for sure.
