Window World of Elizabethtown

Ray from Sales painted a lovely picture on what doors I should choose and how they’ll be suitable for my home. The wait after having them ordered was also less than expected. On installation day, Anthony did a great job. The doors were completed efficiently and with attempted precision. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because there were a couple of minor flaws discovered while I was observing the process. Subsequently, another defect was spotted after the crew left. However, they quickly returned and corrected the issues presented after I contacted them. I cannot furnish a 5 star review for perfection, though, I am satisfied with the finished products and would recommend this company to someone else if they asked me.

Wonderful experience with Window World, Ray Jennings was a top notch sales rep. The windows arrived ahead of schedule and the installation happened right away.. Anthony and the installation crew did a spectacular job. They were courteous and respectful, I trusted them every step. I would've had no qualms about leaving them alone in my house all day. Chris and Casey did a fantastic job installing our new barn windows! They even helped with extra trim install which should have been completed prior to their visit. They were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and great at their job. I would definitely recommend having them help with your next window project.
