Sole proprietor and plumber Eric Young replaced a bathroom faucet including replacement of all the old metal drain with PVC to the wall and also the kitchen faucet at a reasonable cost. He showed up as expected within the appointment window and quickly went to work. He is popular in the Canal Winchester area, so non-emergency appointments are several weeks out on the calendar. It was a stark contrast to the first plumber from the Pataskala area who wouldn’t even work on replacing the faucet because it was not a preferred brand and work had to include a valve costing close to $700 of labor and parts which was way higher than the estimate provided by Eric (and actual cost was the same at less than $300 from White Knight Plumbing). Eric also professionally answered questions about some other plumbing related issues in the house including advice on things he observed while installing faucets. I would have him back for any future plumbing work, just need to be sure to book into his busy schedule.
