Eric did great, he showed me what he was going to do. He reviewed the photos he took with his camera. He suggested that the heat exchanger needed replace because of the age of the system. He went over some of the choices we can take. We decided to replace the whole system because it’s 30 years old. No pressure, he emailed me the photos and information about each choice.
