I recently encountered a representative from your company at Costco who offered a promotional furnace inspection and cleaning service for $44. Since we have two furnaces, I agreed to schedule an appointment. The technician, Ange, was a very polite and professional gentleman. However, upon arrival, he informed me that the $44 fee was only for a basic inspection—not for cleaning—and that a full cleaning would cost $600 per unit. He proceeded to inspect one of my furnaces and pointed out several issues, recommending a complete replacement due to the unit’s age. What upset me most was that the initial offer made at Costco was not transparent. The representative presented the service as including both inspection and cleaning for $44, which was not the case. This lack of upfront clarity felt misleading and appeared designed simply to gain entry into my home. I explained to Ange that while I understand costs have risen and services can be expensive, honesty and clear pricing are essential. Everyone has a budget, and transparent communication prevents wasted time for both customers and technicians. Although Ange conducted himself professionally, the initial misrepresentation has left me deeply disappointed. Integrity is very important to me, and regrettably, I will not be using your services in the future or recommending them to others. I strongly urge your company to ensure that promotional offers and pricing are communicated honestly and clearly from the start.

Daniel came out to assist with the reprogramming of the thermostat that We mixed up. He was so patient and explained after resolving our issue how to alleviate this situation in the future. The We Care's estimate and warranty through Costco was very reasonable, while the installation process was exceptional. The team doing the installation were true professionals, courteous and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. We couldn't be happier and looking forward to this winter.
