Robert is not only technically knowledgeable, great service in accommodating schedule. We got out water heater replaced on a Sunday afternoon. I was referred to Water Heaters Express by a neighbor when our aging hot water heater started leaking at around 8pm the night before a huge storm. I was afraid no one would reply to me on short notice! I called Robert and left a message and he called me back within 5 minutes. I sent him photos of the old water heater, which was about 20 years old! He gave me an estimate for a replacement over the phone and was here promptly the next morning, even working around an appointment that I already had scheduled. He was done in about 2 hours, and it was a super clean install, all new lines and braces and showed us how to restart the water heater, if it was ever necessary. Definitely recommend! He knows what he is doing !
