Ward's Heating & Cooling LLC

My dad's furnace decided to die and Wards was efficient and helped supply space heaters to help until the new furnace came in! Pricing was on the lower end than my dad expected...which he was happy about and they installed the new furnace with in about 3 hours. Thank you guys for all your help!!

Where do we start? Let’s just say that miracles really happen. We needed a new furnace iamd central air. I called Vic last Wednesday. They came out the same day for a quote and spent time with us and went over different options.. Vic and his employees are so down to earth and very caring, genuine very understanding people. The installation was installed literally in less than a week and not only did they do a perfectionist job, The hospitality, The fact that they can do financing if you’re short on cash, They’re not looking at you for what they can get out of you. They’re looking to what helps you out the most.. In all the years that we’ve had people in our home to do different work never have I seen such profession and honestly hard-working men who just wanted to do the right thing for us. They blew threw our expectations and literally in less than 10 hours had a very nice furnace and central air system installed. May I add they are so clean and even going in and out of the house it was like they were treating our house like they would their own. The price for everything that we had done just made us almost speechless because for all they did for us, we were truly thinking we were gonna be in the double digits but it wasn’t even close . Vic definitely will always have our business and when I say this is an honest review, I promise you, you will not regret hiring them. We truly appreciate everything Vic and his employees did for our family. I hope to spread the word as so many people I feel get ripped off and pay so much money understandably the cost of everything has went up however with Vic, it was more than reasonable. We couldn’t have asked for better people to do this job and will always be grateful that we have a very nice cool house as it was close in the high 80s today within an hour my entire house was right at the perfect temperature.. We feel very blessed. Thank you guys for coming out here and taking such great care of us! You just don’t see that anymore. I would give you 1000 stars if it was possible.
