I was lucky to work with Manny, who was so patient and methodical; Joshua who made scheduling easy; and Mark (the owner) who knows it all and added in a few great jokes! What an excellent company! Scheduling and the repair job were easy and k dependable. These plumbers are have professional follow-through. I have now found forever plumbers that I can count on and trust.

We needed to replace our old jacuzzi bathtub and shower and our plumber referred us to Wallace Plumbing. Mark Wallace, the owner showed up and gave us an estimated cost and time to complete the project -we elected to have a 34x60 walk-in shower insert; we agreed with it, we also agreed to paint the walls ourselves. They completed the job in five days, and we were very happy with the results. Mark job was very professional, clean, honest, and we loved that he stuck to the budget! We highly recommend him and his crew.

Very nice and professional crew that worked quickly and cleanly. They were reasonably priced, were able to come out same day, and arrived within their time window (which was a very reasonable two hour window). UPDATE: I had Jordan and his crew out again to replace my water heater because of the great service they provided previously. Jordan is very responsive, easily reachable, and incredibly patient and understanding. I had a bunch of questions about upgrading to tankless and he gave reasonable advice without all the upsell. Working with Jordan is like working with that good friend you go to for advice. Wish I could give two five stars! Thanks Jordan and crew!
