Vladimir Zhikhartsev is a Fairbanks watercolor artist and ice carver who founded his art school in 2001. He aims to provide an inclusive space for artists to begin or expand their skills. Vladimir offers workshops and classes to inspire and enhance the creative spirit of his students.
