Called in on Monday morning just to schedule a regular service and they had a cancelation so were able to come out that morning. I have a 1964 Milwaukee Thermoflo oil furnace with electric for dual fuel. Tim, the service man, was awesome! He knew this old furnace and it ended up i needed a new belt along with the typical nozzle, and oil filter. I've been using Valley Service Mech for a few years now and they have always done a great job at a fair price. Thanks again!

I’ve used Valley Service Mechanical twice for leaks in toilets on different occasions. They answer the phone quickly, are polite, and were able to get Jordan out fast. He has great communication, explained what the issue is, wasn’t trying to upsell me, and had affordable pricing. Grateful to have found them and I highly recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment just before the holidays, and Neil came out on December 31 to unclog my pipes. He did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the very next day the pipes clogged again, so I called and Neil returned the following Monday, January 5. At that time, he diagnosed that the main pipes under my house were broken and needed repair. We scheduled the work, and although he mentioned it could take up to two days, Neil and his team completed the repairs in just one day. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and efficiency. Neil thoroughly explained the entire process, including what was being done and the expected outcome. I am very satisfied with the service and truly appreciate their hard work.
