I worked with Vacant Interiors around the Christmas holidays to get a quote on a smallish bathroom remodel for a 1 BR condo. Of the 6 or so companies I contacted, they had the best communication. I both spoke with one of their estimators on the phone, then later met him at the property. We spoke at length about the remodel I had planned and he answered a ton of questions. I never felt like I was being upsold. The estimator even said he didn't think the bathroom was is that bad of a condition and suggested it might be repairable instead I received a quote/estimate a few days later and it was both comprehensive and priced competitively (2nd lowest of the quotes I received). I ended up electing to have the tub/shower refinished and some other areas repaired, but had I decided to complete the remodel, Vacant Interiors would have been my top choice.

I have been using Vacant Interiors for years, as my go to company, for all things paint, fixtures, handyman, etc. They are absolutely reliable. They do above average work with exceptional pricing. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. You can count on them to do what they say.
