Utah Valley Plumbing - Lehi

I have used Utah Valley Plumbing for years to fix leaks, replace faucets, and other plumbing issues throughout the home. This time, it was for a huge project—to finish our basement and build a downstairs apartment! They came out, gave us a free estimate, which we adjusted and promptly accepted, and we scheduled the work to complete our basement. The plumbing was the most important part of getting the apartment ready. The work completed: 1- We have very high water pressure in Lehi and our old pressure reduction valve had failed. It was causing problems everywhere in our home. The Utah Valley Plumbing Team fixed this problem first. I have added a photo below. They had to find it first because we had mistakenly sheet rocked over it! 2- We had an old plastic manifold to distribute the water to our house. Pretty much all the plastic valves were breaking and couldn’t open or close. It was maddening! So Tyce, our plumber replaced it with an expanded copper and metal valve system. It turned out great. 3- New bathroom shower valve, sink, and bathroom toilet concreted in. They actually did a few more things than I believe they quoted me! Fixing other things too. Tyce, our plumber, was amazing! 4- they plumbed the whole basement with hot and cold water lines to our new apartment washer/dryer area 5- Then plumbed our New kitchen perfectly! The work and team are better than expected. I have used them for years and their pricing and services are excellent. I highly recommend Utah Valley Plumbing. I recently had my water heater replaced by Utah Valley Plumbing. Tyce R. arrived to evaluate my old water heater which had recently started leaking. It was around 20 years old. Tyce gave me quote, and also let me know they could replace it that same day. He came back that afternoon with all of the parts and did a fantastic job of removing the old water heater and installing the new one. I am attaching a photo, because it shows the quality of work and pride in his work. Tyce was very professional, answered all of my questions, took his time, and delivered exceptional finish work. He also vacuumed up the work area and left it cleaner than when he started. It is great to work with someone who makes you feel like a customer and not an inconvenience.
