I wish everyone I dealt with was this great. Made a call late Friday, got a call back right away. Got the first appointment Monday morning. These guys were done by the time I got to my warehouse at 8:00 am. AWESOME!!!!!!

Quick to get home and fix my issues

The service they provided was exceptional and at first I was delighted with it. Two months later I had a back up and I asked them to come back out and they did. In one weeks time, it was backed up again. I messaged the owner and advised him of what was happening and he immediately went on the defensive by indicating to me that he had been in the business since 1961 and that he was 65 yrs old and that he knew precisely what he was speaking of. He proceeded to tell me what I had to do and was rather crass. I indicated to him that I had no doubt in his men as professionals that I was not accusing him or his people of anything, I just needed the issue resolved and would appreciate them coming out and looking at this. He was not at all sympathetic to sensitive to my dilemma. I thought that I had a company for life and was certain that I could call them from here on out, not so. I am very sorry to say that this gentleman, the owner, is anything but a professional. I paid them in full both times that they came out and he went onto say that I had not paid them the 2nd time around, I have the cancelled check to prove it. They were paid in full both times. This gentleman just went on rambling when all I needed was for him to come out and look at what was happening and explore a little further to get to the root cause of the back up. He (Tony) was totally hostile. I am so sorry about this, I thought I had a company for any future issues. I can way with all honesty that I would not recommend them to anyone.
