Unimarble has a good selection of marble and granite, and I found some great options. Their staff is friendly and helpful, and the showroom is clean and organized. However, I noticed that some of the items seemed to be of lower quality compared to others. Additionally, I had to wait a long time to get the granite I wanted from the back, which was frustrating. Despite the delays, they do offer competitive prices, and the variety of choices is impressive. The service was decent, but the delays and quality inconsistencies make me hesitant to return. It’s a mixed experience, so I’d recommend checking the quality carefully before making a purchase.
I bought tile and a bathroom vanity. Very large showroom and the prices were unbeatable. Service was excellent by Yan, she is the sales manager and I think she is the owner cuz everyone does what she says. She made the pick up easy for my contractor and we had a problem with the vanity and Yan fixed it promptly and seamlessly. I really appreciate that Yan took care of us and had great communication when I was stressed from the construction. It was not a large order but Yan treated us like gold. I will shop at Uni Marble first for our needs.
We had used Unimarble for a decade to complete projects and were very happy with them in the beginning. Their workmanship was very good, but their prices kept creeping up and I don't just mean from inflation. They had a 4 week turnaround trim from templating to installation and they were doing kitchen installations for us that needed a much shorter timeline. They were charging $1,900 to have the project turned around in 1-2 weeks. Seriously? $2,000 to be blessed with a 2 week turnaround? No thanks. We moved on and don't miss them at all.
