The office responded promptly, and the service was provided within an hours. Our plumber, Kells, is exceptionally professional and courteous. He provided a quote before commencing any work. We greatly value clear communication in any repair situation. He also ensured the area was cleaned after the toilet issue, which was much appreciated. The problem was resolved, and we would certainly use their services again, specifically requesting Kells. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Updated review (see screenshot for original): A group of techs came to work on the issues I was told about the first night with the water heater. They worked on the water heater for several hours, and by the end of the day, they had not resolved the issues and the water for the entire house had been shut off. They claimed that part of the delay was having to run out to get replacement parts, and they blamed the system itself for being put together improperly. Although I was told it would only take a couple of hours to fix when the returned the next day, they were here for over six hours, and they had to run out to get parts again. Several times throughout the day they said that the work was less than hour hour from completion, but the work took at least three hours after the first time they said that. The next time we tried to use the shower upstairs, my wife found out that there was no hot water there. We verified that we were able to run hot water downstairs, but the upstairs bathroom sink and shower would only run cold water. I contacted Unclog NYC to ask when they could get this fixed, and they said they would discuss with their staff the next morning and to "have a good night", ending the conversation. The next morning, they texted me a little before 7 AM to ask if someone could come over. I responded yes within five minutes and asked to confirm whether this would be covered by warranty, which they confirmed. I didn't hear anything back for over an hour, at which point after reaching out again to ask they said the tech would arrive by 10:30 AM. The tech arrived at 10:45 AM and upon inspection said the issue was the water pressure being low and increased it. However, after they left I realized that while hot water was restored upstairs, the water pressure for the hot water was essentially entirely gone throughout the house (even where the hot water had worked before the tech had come that morning). When contacting them again, I was told that they needed to obtain additonal parts again but expected it could be fixed the same day, so I said that I would be waiting to hear back from them. After eight and a half hours, I texted them again to ask for an update on the timeline for the work, and after receiving no response, I called them and asked directly. Half an hour later, I got a call back saying that it was not going to get done that night because the parts weren't available, and they wanted to come back the next morning. I expressed my frustration at having waited around nine hours without being told their tech had already determined much earlier that they wouldn't be able to fix the issue the same night, but they said that I shouldn't have expected them to reach out to me about it. Overall, I have pretty much no confidence in Unclog NYC's ability to communicate timelines professionally, and due to the work extending repeatedly to account for issues they claimed were preexisting, it's unclear to me whether they actually have improved the situation or made things worse. Even if they're actually correct about the issues being preexisting, I'd still rather hire someone who I can expect to be accurate about when they'll arrive and how long they'll remain here when they arrive, so I would strongly recommend against hiring them for future work on this basis alone.

I had a very bad clog in my sink black water was over flowing every time I turned on my washing machine. I made a call and a plumber arrived in 15 minutes opened up the pipe under the sink and after 3 minutes of snaking a huge ball of hair and dirt came out and everything went back to normal! I highly recommend Unclog NYC if your having drain issues!!
