The experience with Ultrafix was excellent. My refrigerator stopped cooling and after a phone call, the dispatcher who was very helpful scheduled a same day service appointment within an hour. The Technician, Ramil, arrived ahead of schedule. He was courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. The work area was also cleaned completely. The communication was excellent, the service was speedy, and the work was of good quality. The company is highly recommended and I would use them again!

I had an excellent experience with Elveg when my stove stopped working. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem in simple terms, and had everything repaired efficiently. Great service and fair price. Great job by Serhii. They came out immediately to look at a stove with a dead burner, and a fridge with lots of lights out. Quick diagnosis, parts ordered. I was notified as soon as the parts came in, scheduled my repair, Serhii was back to finish the work very quickly, everything works great. He seemed to take pride in the work and he definitely knew what he was doing.
