I had an incredible experience with both Paul, who came out to do our quote and Josh’s team who installed our equipment. Paul was extremely detailed and explaining everything to us as far as what systems they offer, price ranges, and answered any questions that we had. He did a very thorough evaluation of our home and our systems to make sure that we got the exact size equipment. Josh and his installation team were extremely quick and efficient as well as respectful of my home. He walked me through the systems and how to change settings and operate each individual system. The entire experience from start to finish was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend.

We requested HVAC service and cleaning before moving into our newly purchased home. The team evaluated our system and addressed a couple of issues with the furnace. However, I am giving them a one-star rating because after checking the filters when we moved in, they looked like this, even after their service.

Aidan Wanless went through and explained all the issues with our current system and options. Your thoroughness was greatly appreciated. Paul Farmer was able to come out the same day (even waiting for Robin to get home from a hair appointment) and designed a system that would work best for our home, health and comfort. Thank you for being patient and understanding of what we needed. The installation was started and completed the next day thanks to the great crew Josh, Jerome, Kevin and Dustin. We appreciate everything you did and the time you spent helping us to understand and operate the new system. Thanks again for all your time and talent in making this a smooth and comfortable transition.
