I requested for Twins Plumbing to come and look at, assess, what appeared to be a clog in my pipe. They came over and used a camera to look at the situation and by the time they were done it costs me $1300. I was not expecting that at all as I really just wanted them to tell me if there was a problem. They unclogged a similar situation back in July for $850 and when I made the service appointment told them that since they had only done this a few months ago, I wasn’t expecting to be charged for it.
This week I called Twins Plumbing and Heating Inc. in Manchester, NH to inspect an issue with a toilet that I thought was "sweating" at it's base around the calking. They scheduled me in for that very day; even though they had many bookings already! It took them no time at all to figure out that the problem was a bad toilet wax ring. They replaced the ring and dried up the small amount of water on the floor. I was impressed with the team's punctuality, skill and politeness! I very much appreciated how careful this team was regarding my house! They wore shoe coverings while entering and were mindful while working in my very small, newly renovated half bath!
