I had a spring break in the morning on the day before the coldest day of the year. I contacted Twins Garage Doors and got a response back within a few minutes explaining their trip charge, which is waived if you have them do the work. The tech called me with his arrival time, which was early in the time window I had been given. He showed up when he said he would, checked everything out, and gave me options for parts and services he recommended. Once I approved the work, it was done in good time and the tech walked me through the recommended lubricating to ensure I get maximum life of the door. This was an excellent experience and I would use them again and recommend to others.

Nicholas came out and fixed my spring, door bracket, cables, and the rollers for my garage door on a Saturday so my car wasn't locked in the garage all weekend! We didn't desperately need to get it out right away but they offered a same day repair, which was really really nice. It didn't take much more than an hour to get it all done, which was also a big surprise. Thanks!!
