I can't say enough good about Trinity Plumbing! Matt and his team ran new gas lines for two outdoor heaters. They did a fantastic job, Donnie his technician went the extra mile to make sure all exposed piping was level and looked good. They would not leave the job until they were sure everything worked properly and I was happy with the way the heaters functioned and looked. I will definitely call Trinity Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future.

Trinity Plumbing came to the rescue when a previous plumber’s work proved to be grossly inadequate. Chris and Jeramy stepped in, analyzed the situation, and began to rectify the multitude of mistakes created by the “un”professional. This included reinstalling one toilet and installing another, repairing the plumbing in a newly-tiled, shower wall, as well as digging through cement and newly laid tile to repair improperly installed plumbing for a new freestanding tub, which they installed perfectly down to the most minute detail of the finish work. The staff at Trinity Plumbing stayed in contact throughout the process. Kristina scheduled all visits at our convenience, and she kept us informed all along the way. Matt was personally aware of the work progress and made sure that his customers received good service and were satisfied with the outcome. We highly recommend Trinity Plumbing and plan to make their information readily available to our neighborhood homeowners.

The work was done well--we're pleased with the quality--but the worker left quite a mess (and smoked under our carport). We had sent a photo in advance of the exposed toilet flange that needed to be replaced and received a quote of $350. After completion, the worker asked for $500 because the pipe was cast iron. The original quote was eventually honored but another plumber, who knew the pipe was cast iron, had quoted us $350. Both companies had the same Google rating; we went with Trinity because they were able to do the work two days sooner.
