Technician Roy and staff are very professional and friendly. However Iā€™m giving a 3 star review because they charged my elderly dad who is on a fixed income $90 to light a stove and he has purchased two new stoves from them over the past 3 years. It only took less than 5 minutes and the tech was already in the area at time of service. I could understand charging travel time if they were only servicing my dad and no one else in the area. They should have reduced their normal rate and especially since my dad is elderly and has been a loyal customer of theirs for over 3 years.
