I’ve been using Tri-town of about 15 years. Always happy with their work. Jeremy is my hero. He returned my call after hours immediately and came out to replace my hot water heater on a Saturday. I highly recommend!

Staff was friendly and conscientious, but price was excessive. They were at my home for less than 90 minutes and charged me $835 for labor there were no parts replaced this was just a hot water heater flush. I understand skilled labor is expensive by my fully certified manufacturer trained auto mechanic rate is only $210/hour. This is robbery.
