During our home inspection they noticed our water heater flue wasn't connected. Total comfort group was quick to send Lucas over and he did a fantastic job getting it fixed! He was very polite and kind. You could tell he cared about the quality of his work. Highly recommend!!

Chris was sent to clean up a mess from the fourth flood of sewage in our basement. It shouldn't have happened, but Home Serve refused to repair the source of the problem. If this was the medical field that would be considered malpractice. We pay for the service, fix the problem! Don't just clean up the area and say that's good enough! However, Chris could only do what they authorized, and he was awesome. He got as much flotsam up as he could, and had an amazing attitude and smile on top of it. I hope he gets paid well. That's a nasty job!
