I had an oil boiler installed yesterday! Not only did I get an amazing price I got the best boiler for me. Jeremy came out and looked at my entire system that was there in need of replacement and quoted me an amazing price that was $4000-$12000 LOWER than everyone else! They also said they could do it in 1 day everyone else said between 1 to as much as 3 days. Justin walked me through some questions I had, Andy called me to make a suggestion on a different boiler based on my home and lifestyle and this different boiler was less expensive! Which I went with. Tim, Paul, Tony, Jeff and Mike showed up at 730am and were done by 130pm, not even a whole day and that included explaining to me the tests they did and the paperwork. They were even nice as I periodically checked as they did the install to tell me how it was going! They even explained to me the fan and how that works which put my mind at ease regarding carbon monoxide fears! I will definitely use them more and they will maintain this boiler for life also! Update: I am removing one star because the installers missed one critical, but small part that left me without heat on Sunday, 4 days after the install of a new boiler. They didnt loosen the air release. This caused air to get caught in my system and me to NOT have heat with a brand new boiler. Its small details like that that take an otherwise flawless install and adds a flaw to it. This was all explained to me by Josh who came out Sunday to fix this issue and literally took a couple of seconds to resolve! He was knowledgeable and explained it to me in detail. I will still TCC to maintain the boiler and for future upgrades, but more attention to the small details needs to be addressed. I should not have to call for a heating issue because of installer oversight.

Brayden, Tim, Nicholas, and Jeff did an excellent job installing my new boiler, hot water tank, and vented gas heater in my basement. They were all very professional, answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The whole process went very smoothly and quicker than I expected. Thank you for all job well done.

Timothy Truitt and Paul Munger were great! They took their time and did a more than professional job installing our new boiler. They patiently answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know about the new unit. I STRONGLY recommend TCC, and more specifically Tim and Paul if you need a new boiler or furnace.
