Luis has installed 2 heat pumps for me in the last 2 years. Although we had a brief problem with one, Luis was Johnny on the spot. He responded quickly and fixed it right (no charge because under warranty). If I need further HVAC services, I will definitely cal Luis.

We recently replaced and relocated our HVAC, and could not be happier. Really professional work, with great attention to detail. They kept me informed of timeline and activities, and always checked with me when they had questions (unlike many other contractors that will just do it). Most important for me, Luis and his team very clearly care about their work and I really trust them to do a good job. I do a lot of my own home projects and can detect sloppy work. Their work is professional and well done — they do not cut corners. I also had a mini split installed about a year ago by Torres HVAC, and they did a really great job. It’s actually why I chose them for this bigger job. They will always be my first go to for any HVAC work, and I’ve already recommended them to close friends. They are also a family owned small business, which I also love!
