Tipping Hat Plumbing, Heating & Electric

When i bought my home in 2023, I knew there were some ... imperfections. No AC, and a 30 year old furnace. I hemmed and hawed over replacing the furnace and adding AC, and this year started getting quotes. Tipping Hat was my final quote, and not only the most affordable (about 10k less than my highest quote) but also ... the vibes were just better? Dan came to my house, gave me a really clear run down of factors to consider, quoted me four different options at different feature levels and price points. He was fantastic. Warm, patient with my questions, and clear about the risks and benefits of my options (heat pump, traditional heat/ AC, just replace the aging furnace etc etc). We went with the heat pump heat+ AC, with backup furnace for the super cold days. He quoted me the full price right then and there -- including duct work, electrical, new smoke detectors, and a top of the line thermostat. Their team even take ownership of submitting paperwork for Xcel rebates! THEN he got me booked for *the following morning*. The team arrived promptly at 8:30a and they were AWESOME. Tyler, Sean, Vasily, and Joe were all individually fantastic - and clearly worked well as a team. Warm, transparent, careful and respectful of my home and my family. They worked all day, and the job was completely done, and they had cleaned up after them selves by 3:30. I am thrilled. These guys are all class acts.

I am extremely happy with the service we received from Tipping Hat Plumbing! Josh G , Corbin and the rest of the team were very professional, polite and friendly! Once they figured out our main issue, they did not pressure me into making a decision on the spot . I was explained everything detail by detail as it was happening. Josh G was the main person dealing with communication. We ended up having our main line pipes replaced. Josh G was on site early in the morning waiting on the rest of the crew . He continued communication with us throughout the process. He had to go to other jobs ,but always returned throughout the day to check on the progress and us I was extremely impressed by Josh and his professionalism. He made sure we were ok throughout the whole process! I would definitely recommend Tipping Hat to anyone needing and Plumbing done ✔️ 👍

This hole crew from top to bottom did a wonderful job. Very nice group of people always keeping you in the loop. And clean and well organized. The reason for the 4 stars is the price. But it was done well and fast.
