I had a great experience with Tik Electric. They arrived right on time and handled a sub-panel replacement along with installing several new switches and outlets in my garage. The team was fast, professional, and kept the workspace very clean. Their pricing was also very competitive compared to other quotes I received. I recommend Soheil for electrical work, and I plan to have him do more electrical work in our house. Soheil did a great job with fixing an outlet. What really impressed me was this: I asked him to replace the outlet. Rather than simply replacing it, he asked me why I wanted it replaced. He patiently listened to my explanation, and asked me some questions. In other words, he has a problem-solving approach as opposed to just blindly doing what the customer asks. In addition to fixing the outlet, I also had him swap out the some dimmer outlets with standard switches and vice versa. He was able to come same day (big help), and gave us a good price over the phone. (I called several other companies, and none of them would provide a price until they sent a service technician out there.

I found this electrician on Google and couldn’t be happier. He quoted me upfront, and clearly explained all my options for a light install so I could make the best decision. They came the next day, fixed long-standing issues with our recessed LED lights, replaced improper junction boxes in the attic, and installed a new pendant light perfectly. Their professionalism stood out: they wore boot protectors every time they entered our house (even with multiple trips to the panel), cleaned up the attic entrance better than they found it, and explained everything clearly. Communication was 10/10, pricing was very reasonable, and they even followed up afterward. Truly excellent service. We’re extremely happy and will definitely use them again.
