Thompson's Comfort Connection

Had them replaced my ac and furnace a month ago, so far runs very good, I am very satisfied. The most valuable thing of Thompson is they are very honest about the options and results. they do not suger coat what would be expected after the project, If an option is not useful they would say so, if result won't be as good as I expected they do tell the truth. They are not the cheapest, I did pickup a slightly higher end product so it does cost a lot. But I end of go with them because they are honest for my questions. Nowadays replace HVAC is very expensive, I would rather pick someone is honest to the business, rather than some company that lie to make sale.

Very happy with the whole process from quoting to installation. Reynold did a thorough examination of the property, and I felt confident he was bidding the right system. The price was very competitive. The installation team (Devon, Andrew, and Jack) were great, and did some excellent work. The new system looks and performs great. Thompson does a great job. It’s good to know it’s a local family business rather than a larger private equity firm.

Austin Thompson came out super fast, went the extra mile to fix our furnace leak, and improved our efficiency. He did a great job explaining code, recommendations, and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!
