Mike (the owner) promptly came out and gave me an estimate to repair some failed vent pipe flashings along with replacing the roof deck in a couple spots that had rotted. He got me on his schedule quickly, showed up on time, did a great job on the repairs, and didn’t leave a trace of mess behind. Mike is also extremely friendly and communicated everything well every step of the way. I was glad the owner operator of this company personally performed the work unlike many companies that just farm out jobs to subs which typically jacks the price up in my experience. I would not hesitate to hire him again!!!
