Tennessee Standard Plumbing

I called Tennessee standard after first getting estimates from two Other plumbing companies for a house that we had recently purchased as an investment property. I wasn’t feeling confident in what they were saying about the scope of work I had called them out to get me an estimate on so I decided to call Tennessee Standard Plumbing to get a third opinion. Adam was the initial person that went out to do the inspection for the scope of work I needed an estimate on. We live out of state and we’re not at the property during the inspection. After hearing water continuously run, Adam decided to do a full inspection to figure out what the additional issue was. He also did a full property inspection to see if there was anything else we needed to be made aware of. We were so thankful he did because there were a couple of small leaks and our toilet was continuously running and we were not aware. He sent me pictures and did a great job explaining what the issues were and what was causing it.. Adam instantly made me feel comfortable and we developed a plan of action. He was very patient while we went through various estimates and gave me different options for repairs and cost. When the work actually started, Peter was who we dealt with on the project from that point on. He was great with communication and explained everything they were doing and always sent me pictures. This was very helpful being that I could not be there. Both Adam and Peter were great during the entire process and I am very grateful for Tennessee Plumbing.

From start to finish Rant and Dylan took great care of us. They explained everything they were doing, were very professional and friendly. They did a nice clean job on all the plumbing (and I’m a remodel contractor so that’s high praise) and left everything cleaner than they found it. I’d use them again in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my clients as well as my friends and family. Great job guys!
