My year old smoke alarm was screaming. Daily for 3 days in a row. Drew patiently, promptly and professionally responded and together we determined that the alarms were fine. The humidifier was the problem. Thank goodness for Drew coming to my rescue
Mike showed up on time and introduced himself. He was very personable. He replaced and installed a few smoke alarms in my place. Mike cleaned up. He did help me with another question I had for him. Then he left. I would definitely use them again.
I hired Sylvester Electric to perform a yearly maintenance on my Generac Generator that they installed in 2021 and had serviced prior. Kyle came to do yearly maintenance and within minutes announced that the buttons on the unit control panel weren't funcitoning and I would need a new panel, which they do not install. I also asked him to set up the wifi and he couldn't. He told me to check the manuel it would tell me how to set it up. The manuel does not even reference the wifi capability. Kyle also left the unit unvacuumed (mulch on the inside) and a piece of insulation hangin off the cover not even bothering to reattach it to the top of the unit with tape. When I called about getting the panel fixed so the generator was working I was told they would have to send another company as they didn't replace those panels. They sent Brian from Cason's Equipment who was fabulous! Within minutes after arrival Brian said I did NOT need a new panel; he performed a hard start and set up the wifi within minutes, vacuumed the inside of the unit, and reattached the hanging insulation. All in a very short period of time. Brian was polite, professional and told me that his report to Sylvester would be exactly what he showed me. Sylvester billed me $436.41 for Kyle's visit, which I paid before Cason even came. Then Sylvester billed me $350.00 for Cason's visit. Unbelievable! Sylvester was unable to do a regular maintenance, misdiagnosed the situation and charged me an outrageous $436.41 for Kyle's visit that accomplished nothing. Now Sylverter is billing me $350.00 for Carson's visit who performed the maintenance correctly and quickly. When I called and asked what the second bill was for, was told the owner would be told and they would get back to me. Yes, they got back to me with a $350.00 bill weekly since my call.
