CONDO OWNERS DO NOT USE. I contacted Sunset West Plumbing on Monday February 23rd re: plumbing repairs. I was very clear that this was for a condo. I was assured my concerns would be addressed and I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday February 25th. On Tuesday February 24th I called the office to request licensing/insurance information for the HOA board (a standard request). I was assured it would be provided prior to my appointment on the 25th. They did NOT send me this information. Today (the 25th) I received a call from the office an hour before my appointment informing me they were unable to come due to their technician being out sick. She offered to refer me to another plumbing company. I asked if it would be possible for them to come tomorrow (it wasn't an emergency). She placed me on hold and then came back to inform me they "no longer service condos." I found this very suspicious given I had called less than 48 hours ago. I asked her if this was because I asked for the licensing/insurance information and she claimed "the business changes and we go back and forth." VERY VERY SKETCHY.

Sunset West Plumbing really saved the day this time. A few months ago they worked on our shower valve and did an amazing job with extending it to get our Shower handle in a new position in our newly remodeled bathroom. Their team was professional, courteous, and did a tremendously detailed job. Fast forward a few few months, and the shower had just begun being used again by new tenants, and noticed a trickle drip from the shower head. I called Sunset West and without hesitation their team was back out to diagnose and repair the issue that was occurring. The tenants in the place had not used the shower and after Sunset West did some light tinkering, they were able to resolve the trickle drip in the shower head and the shower was once again usable. Their work was amazing, they’re professional, and we really really appreciate the attention to detail. We’ve done so forest and now replace our original plumbers with Sunset West and will use them for all of our needs going forward.
