FANTSTIC JOB WELL DONE! Good service years ago too. Great professional inspection, diagnostics, cleaning, & troubleshooting my furnace in basement. I am in short term rehab to home after abdominal surgery and extensive hospital stays needing a warm place to go home with family & I from freezing cold te.ps in such short notice.in a couple days. It was all resolved later that evening and I got peace of mind. Technician communicated well with my family to let him in to work suggesting thermostat needing changed, ver informative to my handyman to change it to save. It was changed, got new good 90 day allergic filter and now it is up and blowing heat again. I was able to keep payment to him discreet with credit and my daughter signed for me. Amazing!!! I had a water leak at my house and it was a very stressful situation. They got me on the schedule for the next day! Shout out to Charles Strunk, he came out diagnosed the situation gave me recommendations. Provided tips, timelines and pricing on the spot. He made it feel like he was really there to help not just going through the motions. 10/10 recommend.

The tech, Tyler was fine. He diagnosed the issue and suggested a fix. Much to my surprise, he quoted me a $520 repair bill which included my service plan discount . I was a little shocked and asked how he arrived at that number. I was then surprised that the price was based on a "kinda like this one" flat fee service schedule. $520 for a job that would have taken no more than 20 minutes and $30 worth of hardware. I did become a little agitated and would like to apologize to Tyler. I have had good experiences with Summers, a big sewer line replacement last summer and a couple drain issues in the past. I do think the price quoted was excessive and wonder if you feel is was priced correctly?
