When I booked through their online service, I promptly recieved a followup from a representative to schedule a time. I asked for an evening or weekend appointment which they did without hesitation. They gave me a reasonable 2 hr window which Billy showed up in the earlier part. I was given a notification he was on his way and a tracker so I knew exactly when he'd arrive. He was polite, respectful of my home, and explained what had happened and gave suggestions on how to prevent my clogs. I had some nastiness come out of my drains and while I was super embarrassed, he assured me it was no big deal. Thanks Billy.
