Jason and his crew were so awesome. The installation took all day and they got it done and cleaned up at the end. It looked like they even mopped the floor. Impeccable! They also didn’t mind my dog helping them most of the day.

Picture this 415pm you get a call on your way home from your wife that the heater is not working, it’s currently 58 degrees inside the house. I called Star and by 530pm Jason was at my house. Within 30 minutes he had the problem figured out. Failed blower for the furnace. Although parts supply houses were closed he was able make contact and secure delivery of the correct fan to be delivered by 1100 the next morning. Jason was very apologetic that he did not have the proper fan in stock but did everything he could to expedite the repair, and had it complete by 1230pm the next day. Oh and I can’t forget to mention that Jason went the extra step to find alternative aftermarket fan which saved us $700! We greatly appreciate the fast, professional and fairly priced service for an emergency situation. With temperatures expected to consistently be in the teens overnight the next few days, your quick response made it so we only had 1 night having to pile the extra blankets on the bed. Thank you! I’ve worked with Star for several years now from maintenance to AC installation, and just general advice on the systems at my home. They’ve always been helpful and timely. Jason is always willing to answer my questions and help me understand what’s going on, and definitely goes beyond what is required of him to keep the customer happy.
