Sergey was great! He responded quickly. The job was trying to setup a washer/dryer tower in a very small location, so it was not without challenges. Very happy with the quick and reliable response from scheduling a quote to the start of the project. I spoke with Sergey on Sunday. He came by on Monday to provide a quote and started the project on Tuesday morning. Sergey and Vasyl were very thorough in explaining the process and avoided costly modifications by offering brilliant options that repaired the leak and increased the robustness of our 60-year-old plumbing system. Sergey and Ed were great! They listened carefully to the issue that I was trying to resolve--really slow warmup times on my hot water--and suggested a recirculating pump rather than a point-of-use water heater. And now my wife keeps telling me how happy and comfortable she is. And they did it for a much more reasonable price than I would have gotten from other plumbers that I used in the past.
