I hired Spark to separate/upgrade/replace my electric panels and correctly rewire to the proper unit. I have 3 units in a mult-family property. Gary Chamberlain charged me $7,400.00. A few years later, I get a call from my tenant that his electric charges are astronomical as high as $580 per month during the winter for a small 1 bedroom unit. My property managers hire their electrical contractor to investigate, which automatically made my 5 year warranty obsolete. They discovered that Spark did not accurately transition the wires. Unit 2 had a lighting circuit and 2 electric heating circuits on Unit 1's panel. Also the dryer wires needed to be swapped. This costed me an additional $800 to correct this mistake plus I had to reimburse Unit 1 for 6 months of Eversource overpayments amounting in $1200 and I could not get reimbursed from Unit 2. What a nightmare. Spark offered no remedies. Through it all though, the office receptionist Sherrilyn has been very polite in her communications with me and I appreciated that. To all that hire Spark in the future, please don't repeat my mistake. Triple check your contractor's work and let them have an opportunity to fix it. But better yet, hire another reputable company who is more experienced and reliable so you don't have to micro-manage them.

I called Spark for installation of some Ring video floodlights. Sean came exactly on time, assessed the situation and developed a quote that came in right as I expected. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and wore shoe covers anytime he walked inside. All cameras were set up quickly and in perfect position the first time. He also identified a much older circuit breaker in my panel which I opted to have him change out for safety. There was no sales pressure at all just a detailed explanation as to why one might consider changing it and I agreed with that assessment. On the spot I asked about a timer for our driveway lights and he explained all possible options and that he could go pick one up and install it right now if I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and worked great at the conclusion of work. I would absolutely use Spark again.

My experience with Spark Electrician Services was excellent from start to finish. They arrived and finished when promised. All of their people were friendly and professional and the workmanship was top notch. I will definitely hire them again when I need electrician services.
