Southeastern Door & Window

The installers were actually really great on replacing my retrofit windows. Nice guys and quick, just didn't know what they were doing. After a while of having the windows we started to notice staining and soft spots on the sills of the front windows. After back and forth, they sent someone out, and couldn't find a leak. This happened a few more times over a few years, sending people out, couldn't find anything, even though the soft spots were growing. I just ended up fixing their work myself because they would not, and am hoping I do not see any more leaks appear on other windows.

For nearly 10 years, we have enjoyed the storm screens put in our home on the coast of Mississippi by Southeast Door and Window. Given challenging climate conditions with lots of wind and occasional tropical conditions, these screens have been consistently reliable and done a wonderful job of protecting our back porch. This past year Southeastern Door & Window replaced our less-secure French doors on the front of our house with a single, solid, alder-wood door with a speak-easy. In addition to our new front door, they also replaced all of our original 20-year-old windows with smooth-operating vinyl, dual-pane impact resistant windows. I cannot say enough about the team of professionals that made this project happen. Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and took care of the entire project, from carefully measuring our old windows and door, to staying on top of material delivery dates and keeping me informed about when her team of technicians could be expected to be at my house. We did have a couple of glitches during the install but Stephanie quickly fixed things and kept the projects on track. It did take several months for our door and windows to arrive but they were all custom made to fit our house, so I had no problem with that. In fact, all of our new windows and door fit precisely, a direct result of the extremely careful measuring Southeastern did at the start of the project. I would happily hire Southeastern Door and Window in the future. I also have a neighbor, Kent - he had his windows replaced a couple of years ago by Southeastern and he is still very happy with his windows.
