We had our system bid and installed in 2019 and 7 years later, we're still very happy with their service. I buy the off-season service plan and I've always had a good experience. Today Gabriel performed our furnace tune up and I'm especially pleased with his service! He's friendly and communicative, and even took the extra time to show me how to make future adjustments to my humidifier on my own. I've recommended SOS to family a few times already and will continue to do so. Very happy customers here!
I was informed by a competitor heating and air conditioning company that I was in need of a new furnace. The competitor gave me a price and an installation date. My daughter suggested that I call SOS heating and air conditioning and use their friends and family promotion. I Called SOS and they sent a representative out that very afternoon. SOS gave me a better price and an installation date within two days. The representative was very thorough and professional. The installation day went very smoothly with them, arriving on time and finishing the job professionally. I had one small issue with the humidifier attached to the furnace that I spoke with them about. They again came out the same day And corrected the problem. I would recommend SOS to anyone that’s thinking of getting a new heating or air conditioning system.
A former SOS employee suggested I contact them when our 20 yr old furnace decided to quit on a freezing day last December (The freezing air pouring out of our vents was an awful surprise to wake up to!). He said they were fairly priced and offered quality work,and he was right! The SOS technician arrived within a couple of hours. He was kind, took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong, answered all of my questions, and explained how he was going to fix the problem. Instead of suggesting replacement (which would have been at least $10,000, and to be fair, it's what I was dreading/expecting), he was able to replace a broken part the same day. The repair took about 1.5 hours, and that includes the time needed for the technician to drive to pick up the part we needed. All said and done, labor and parts came to just under $500! For an emergency situation, I was SO thankful! Without SOS, we would have had to get a hotel for the night. Thank you for being so fair and reliable when others might have easily taken advantage! Unfortunately, I can't recall the technician's name, but if SOS reads this - you should definitely give him a raise or at least a nice bonus 😉 thanks again! I will absolutely recommend SOS to my friends and family!
