Smith and Sons Plumbing went above and beyond for me. Peter and his team took care of my problem quickly and professionally, with incredible attention to detail. What really stood out though was the compassion they showed during a stressful situation. They didn’t just fix the issue they helped ease the crisis I was dealing with. I’m truly grateful for their service and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable caring and expert plumbing help.

As an older woman living on my own, it can be a bit overwhelming when something goes wrong around the house — especially something as important as plumbing. I was so thankful to have found Smith & Sons Plumbing, and I can’t say enough good things about them. When the gentleman arrived, Tony, he was polite and on time. Little things like that mean a lot. The repair was done quickly and carefully, and everything has been working perfectly since. But more than anything, I appreciated how safe and comfortable they made me feel. I appreciate all the good work they just did to my house and bathroom! I had 3 issues in total, it took a couple days with getting parts etc but I am very happy with the techs, Tony's customer service A1, and the owner Peter has a great team. The office ladies were nice and helpful too!
