SmartFix Home Improvement was incredible from start to finish for my entire roof shingle replacement. During these days of scammers, it is hard to really get confirmation people say who they are and will do what they say they will. SmartFix appreciated my extra due diligence since I live in CT and was unsure if they actually did work in my part of the state. To my delight, they did. Everything they told me was backed up in writing, constant communication, worked with my insurance company and guided me through the entire process. Their work was quick and impeccable. Materials were delivered by a very friendly 3rd party at the time expected, and work started at the time expected. Everyone was professional and busy. The results, in 1 day, were extraordinary. I love the color (a blue), the quality and the look.

Mike and his crew did a great job on my house -- they installed new hardwood floors, sanded and stained the old floors, painted everything on the first and second floor, including a huge, high stairwell, and repaired an old staircase that was on its last legs. They were pleasant and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them. Mike went out of his way to take care of lots of little things while he was working, and did not "nickel and dime" me, as a lot of contractors tend to do. They were on-time, got the job done on schedule, and charged a reasonable price for all the work they did. I will definitely hire Mike again the next time I have a home improvement job. VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING HE DID!

Mike and his team did a fabulous job on our house. He is the most trustworthy and genuine guy I've come across. He is not only reliable, but also great at what he does. He does what he says and completes the project on time and always goes the extra mile to fulfill his clients needs. I highly recommend him to everyone.
