Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical

When our favorite heating/cooling company got sold, we tried several other companies but weren't totally happy, so this time I decided to call Sky Heating when our furnace began having problems, and I'm so glad we did! The office staff was friendly and helpful, and got us on the schedule quickly. Eric Velasquez, our technician, was awesome! He was able to diagnose the complicated problem, ordered the necessary parts, and was back out within a week to get them installed. In the process, he educated us about the best settings for our thermostat to give us the best energy savings and answered all our questions about our system. He was friendly and efficient, and never once pressured us after giving us several options about upgrading our existing system, which we really appreciated. Our furnace/heat pump now work perfectly! Eric was on time each time he came out, and I really appreciated the app showing us when he'd get here. Based on this positive experience, we have now found our new heating/cooling/plumbing and electrical company! Thanks, Eric! **EDIT** I forgot to say that Eric found the source of a weird clunking noise coming from our furnace that's been going on for months and it's gone now! And that he was the most informative and educated technician that we've ever had before! ♥♥♥

Eric was incredibly thorough with his diagnostic with our furnace. He explained everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done, with pictures and everything. Overall we needed to clean and replace most of the furnace, which was scary due to cost, but he broke it down for us in parts so we could take care of small sections over time. That is what trust worthy and quality service looks like. I felt very much at ease with everything due to his attention to detail. Thank you, Eric! Edited in addition to my first review: I had contacted Sky again for a plumbing need, as my toilet had a leak somewhere. Tim P. Came to "diagnose" the issue, simply felt the leak was coming from underneath the tank and without further investigation to pinpoint exactly where it was leaking from, as well as not even checking the entire quality of my toilet, told me I needed to pay over $1k for a brand new toilet....now I understand we are all trying to make money, but I think it's also safe to say that being told right away that I needed a new toilet was not professional or trustworthy by any means. I got a second opinion and fixed the problem for $50. Not impressed by Tim and I kind of felt taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough good things about this team. My heat went out in the middle of winter. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were on time for both appointments. They are very affordable and very efficient at their work. I had a new heater within 72 hours. I highly recommend this company for your Heating And Cooling needs.
