He was on time, exceedingly professional and personable, and gave high quality work for a very reasonable price. He did a wonderful job replacing an ugly old pendant light with a new ceiling fan (including installing a box in the ceiling for support and replacing a dimmer switch with a new one) and was done in about 2 hours which was under his time estimate of 3 hours. I absolutely would use him again!
